"The best thing about this property is the location. It is in the heart of Galway and just steps from the Latin Quarter. We were able to park for 3 nights at the Cathedral with no issues, you just have to download the Galway Parking App. We chose a comfort room, for a little extra space and the room was clean. "The automatic check in machine wasn't working so it didn't print out room cards . I couldn't get into my room . When I phoned the help line I was told that someone would be there in 15 mins . 45 mins later someone did arrive . The problem was sorted but again later that night I couldn't get into my room 🙃. I had to check in again to get another room card. The help line was not answered when I called . However the room itself was nice , clean and comfortable. The location in town...

"Sean and his brother run a clean, well maintained property. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is an easy 10 min walk to Eyre Square. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend for your time in Galway. Definitely a good value overall."

"Stay away! Noisy street noise all night. No climate control. No anything. Noisy room nextdoor. Loud ."

"The room we were given did not have a bathroom attached to it, the bathroom was in the hall with a sign “only for room 2” but there was nothing stopping others from using our bathroom. The bathroom smelt terrible. The room was much smaller than described, the building was confusing, parked in front of the cafe because we weren’t sure where else to park, we never got a wifi password even after messaging and asking. Room was clean though."
