"Room was ok, but the shower pressure was non-existent. My tub filled up with shower water quickly. I heard the person snoring in the room next room over, almost as if they were in the room with me. "

"This place is misleading and poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but it was clearly a smoking room. The smell was overwhelming—so strong that all of my clothes and belongings ended up smelling like smoke after just one night. Cleanliness was a serious issue. There was visible dust on the chair and even trash left under it, which made it obvious the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh and seemed reused, which was honestly unacceptable. Basic amenities were also missing—there was no soap provided, and the shower gel dispenser on the wall was completely empty. I understand this was a budget stay, but this experience went far beyond what should be acceptable at any price point. This is essentially a motel being advertised as something much better. I take responsibility for choosing this place, but I’m leaving this review so others can avoid the same mistake. "

"Liked the spaciousness of the room. Everything was clean, staff very responsive. Nice choices for breakfast. The one thing we did notice, and know it cannot be easily changed, is that it would be nice for the bathrooms to be bigger-felt a bit tight on the shower/toilet area. And a door between the sink area of the bathroom and the room itself would be great for privacy and muffling sounds-esp with multiple adults staying in the room. Also a bit disappointed that the jets in the hot tub were not working. But overall, enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this property again. "

"The pool and hot tub were down which ruined our experience. the teenagers running the hotel gave us a free cookie and said we had to speak to the manager about compensation with the pool being down but the manager was no where to be found and still has not contacted me about this. we checked out a day early as the this experience was awful. every time i reached out to the hotel they either did not respond or told me i had to speak to the manager. i even tried to reach out through expedia for some kind of accommodation or something but nobody responded. very dissatisfied and disappointed "
