"First day entering the room the bathroom was dirty with brown sticky something on the sink counter, a bathtub full of crud that we rinsed out ourselves, and a soap package covered in dirt or dust that we shaked off in the garbage can. The fire alarm beeped constantly it literally just needs batteries. Our bathroom was never cleaned they basically just gave us new towels. The stairs need to be re done because it is extremely loud, it felt as if all the neighbors in our unit were right outside the door so no point in coming here to sleep. The variety of breakfast was nice and there is no way of missing the time slot with the noisy staff outside preparing to clean."
