"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this. Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups. Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed). Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. "We stayed here for two nights. A nice upscale feeling hotel, the room was a tad bit small from what we expected for the price. The staff were helpful, the concierge, security and the restaurant servers were all super nice and polite. Strangely, all the staff at the reception felt a bit smug for some reason, not the friendliest of bunch for sure. While I didn't mind the hotel, I wouldn't go back to this one if I ever have to be in New Delhi again."
