Hostels in Gangwon

"Clean and great location!"

"Basic but good stay. Rooms were small but well taken care of. A/C worked well. Close proximity to the bus terminal and many delicious restaurants."

"Its very cozy and the staff are friendly, the beds aren't the usual Korean rockhard mattresses which is lovely but the rooms were very hot and made sleep difficult."

"We really enjoyed the stay that was truly a calming one. It was exactly as per the pictures, clean and with a great view from our room! Staff were also friendly and kind, despite a slight language barrier as we did not speak much korean. There are cafes and eateries in walking distance too. Highly recommend this place to those who are looking for a respite from busy city life and need a refreshing rest. "

"A wonderful place to stay"

"Nice staff, quite near the light house and public transport "

"Pelayanan sangat baik. Tdk ada lift koper diantar kekamar"

"Overall - it's clean, it's safe, it's warm, and there are lockers - it does the job for "I need to sleep somewhere warm and clean", which is all I needed it to do. It's really hard to find the guesthouse - the address on hotels.com is only written in English, but most of the cab drivers don't speak English. It's a good idea to get the address in Korean. The place is pretty hands-off. I arrived at 11:00 pm, and couldn't figure out how to get in, so I went down to the very lively party in the...

"The hostel was in a great location, right on the beach and an easy walk up to Naksansa, as well as a short bus or taxi ride from Yangyang town. The bathrooms however had a lot of mould, and there was almost never anyone at reception to ask for directions, mind your belongings, or even just give general info on the area. Maybe it was off-peak season too, but there was no atmosphere to be found here."
