Sokcho Marivista Hotel offers exceptional value for money. The rooms were spotless and extremely clean, and the surrounding environment made for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely visit again.
hotel was very close to the bus station, we arrived from Seoul and was able to walk to the hotel. Great location. Great room with lots of space and the cost for the hotel was such a great deal.
Highly recommend this place if you want to be near the bus station.

The room was spacious and amazing value for a couple nights stay. We had salt bread at Samsong Bakery across the street each day and there’s also a couple 7-11s, a Daiso, and Olive Young on the same block with plenty of dining options walking distance.
Would definitely return to just chill out for a break from the hustle and bustle of Seoul.
Great location with easy access to buses. Easy check in and out as well.
When I first arrived the carpets in the hallway on our floor were really stained and did not look very clean so I was a bit worries but the room itself was very clean and comfortable.
The room was clean and excellent, with a beautiful ocean view. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The service was also good.
However, breakfast was disappointing. Although there was a wide selection of dishes, the overall quality was poor. In particular, the hot food tasted quite bad.
We would definitely consider staying here again, but we would skip the breakfast option.
The room was spacious and very clean. There were lots of towels and free water available and they were replenished every day. They don’t clean the rooms until the 3rd day so staying for two nights, it was not a problem. There’s a full fridge and freezer and a small kitchenette in the room. Very comfortable. They also have floor heating for those who want the room to feel cozy.
The property is in a good location. Walking distance to Daiso, a big supermarket, many food options, the beach, and one of the bus stations.
The room was clean. Had a separate walk in wardrobe, which was very handy to store luggage away.
Has a fridge and a round dining table.
There was a small balcony.
Large bathroom with separate shower (not a wet room). Full size towels provided.
My only criticism is that the bathroom lacks a bench or cupboard. But it's not really that much of a problem.
We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

The view of Seoraksan was amazing from my room! It was completely worth it. The room was warm in the winter, clean (brand new everything), and bed was very comfortable. I loved the ondol and double balcony doors to keep out cold air and traffic noise.
The staff were very friendly, and they provided fresh towels and water every day without being asked. They did not have to do housekeeping every day and you can request the time when they do clean. It was nice to not be disturbed.
The only thing was the hallway noise was very noticeable, but at night generally everyone was quiet.
This hotel is the only tall building in the bus terminal area so the views again are amazing!
Surprisingly beautiful hotel. They gave us an ocean view room and it was a beautiful view of the Harbour. Good location right next to multiple restaurants, supermarket and walking distance to Sokcho beach.
Decor in room was up to date and clean
The room was clean and the hotel in general was very convenient. It was surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. Daiso and Olive young across the street and the bus stop and stations a couple of minutes away.
Stand out was the room sound deadening. The buffet breakfast was Asian buffet but had the most choice out of any of the Hotels we stayed in Korea. Happy to stay here again
