"The place was great! Clean, good location easy to get to sights around the city, so nice to relax on the balcony and have a kitchen. Quite & comfortable. It was pretty hot when we were there so we were very grateful to have air conditioning. Check in was a little confusing for me but staff assisted me & were responsive. Overall Highly recommend."

They did not care, nor had sufficient alternative accommodation, nor had any intention to compensate the people impacted. 4 weeks have passed the incident and they still not responded to emails.
