Short and easy walk from property to Nami ferry wharf. Room was very clean with great view of Nami Island. Staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out was easy despite language barrier as a copy of instructions was provided in english. Would stay here again.

I liked our stay a lot. The room and clean minus a few ants here and there, the room was so big with a projector over the bed and a tv. The bed was nice but the pillows were a bit thick. The hot tub so lovely I sat in there for like three hours looking at the water and mountains. The property seemed a big run down, dirt in the balcony and a few cobwebs but nothing crazy unappealing. The price was fair for the stay:) 4/5

The property was right in the lake and was only a ten minute walk to the ferry for Nami Island. The staff was exceptional! Kind, courteous. The breakfast was delicious!! You pay the day before. So good!! There is a huge jacuzzi tub and it was so relaxing to soak in after a long day of walking the island.

Ho, the location is exact facing the nami Island, zipline and boat ride area. You must come in your own car if you want to roam around.

Overall we had a good experience. Very close to Nami Island. Not allot of food choices. Easy parking, fairly quiet. Bed was comfortable but not a regulare pillow top like I would be use to. I would go again.

The property was very spacious and luxurious. The view is incredible beautiful. Very close to Nami island. Only things is leak of maintenance of the room. Some of the floor tiles are loose. Cleaning they can do better the eating tables are sticky.

좋음

시설은 꽤 노후돼 있었지만 깔끔하고 넓음. 뷰가 아주 좋고 조용함. 3층까지 있는데 엘리베이터가 없어서 조금 힘들었음. 남이섬 바로 앞이라 길이 많이 막힘. 자쿠지가 창 바로 앞에 있어서 여유있게 스파하기 좋음.

위치

장점 : 1. 남이성 방문이 목적이라면 최적의 장소입니다. 2. 뷰가 아주 좋습니다. 단점 : 1. 청결 상태는 큰 기대를 아예 안하고 가서 기대보다는 괜찮았습니다. ^^; (월풀 욕조 근처에 곰팡이 흔적이 좀 있습니다. 근처에만 안간다면 뭐..) 2. 옆집에서 샤워 사용하면 물소리가 좀 납니다. 3. 넷플릭스 안되는거 같아요. 대신 BTV를 볼 수 있는데 조작법을 잘 몰라서 제대로 못봤습니다. 4. 매트리스가 좋진 않습니다. 얇고 푹신푹신. 이 단점들에도 불구하고... 위치가 너무 좋아서 내년 여름에 재방문할 계획입니다. ^^;

깨끗하고 좋아요.

숙소가 깨끗하고 스파와 프로젝트가 있어서 좋아요. 다만 쇼파가 벤치정도로 작고, 거울 있는 화장대와 옷장이 없어서 조금 불편했어요.

환기를 잘 안시켰는지 들어간 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 나더라고요. 한 2시간 넘게 창문 열어놓고 있었습니다. 청소에 좀 더 신경 쓰셔야 할 것 같고요. 전망은 괜찮았고, 보일러 작동은 잘되서 따듯하게 잘 잤습니다.

전망이 아주 좋았어요. 테라스도 좋았는데 차양막이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 비가 많이 와서 테라스에 나가있지 못해 너무 아쉽네요. 뷰가 보이는 지점에 있는 욕조가 매우 좋았습니다. 음식 맛도 매우 좋아요. 바베큐도 맛있고 기번 뷔페에 반찬은 거의 없지만 김치찜이나 된장국이 매우 맛있었고 다른 음식도 생각외로 맛있어서 만족스러웠습니다.

대만족+소소한 점...

전망, 시설 모두 수준급입니다. 오래만의 여행에 외부 모습에 반해 선택한 숙소인데 대만족입니다. 자그마한 개선요구사항은 1)욕조온수가 너무 미지근함(다른 곳은 OK) 2)전기코드 길이와 콘센트의 위치가 잘 맞지않아 사용에 불편했습니다. 개선해주시면 다음 사몽자부들이나 저도 편안할 것 같습니다. 수고하세요.

The receptionist kept speaking Korean to me though I told her multiple times that I couldn't understand her. It would have been great if she had used Google translate. There were no bedside tables or sockets by the bed. I couldn't change the temperature in the shower as it was so stiff. The small couch was broken in the framing underneath but usable. We couldn't change the underfloor heating temperature and so we turned it off completely as it was so hot. The bed was really comfy, the hot tub and the view was great with really good privacy.
