"Some quite aged infrastructure but otherwise pretty well maintained without harming the heritage values. The stairs as the only option to the upper floors is a bit of an issue and could be simply fixed with minimal effect on the heritage values."

"Long time Patron to the ground floor, but 1st time staying (live nearby), other than Tv only having free to air (couldn't watch my streaming accounts on telly), pleasant staff, great views & defo recommend.

"Bad experience. Dirt on my towel. Room blasting cold air when I arrived … in the middle of winter. Toilet roll holder broken. Was a 2 bedroom 2 story “room” but didn’t have a kitchenette or even a desk. Quite random really when I booked it for business purposes. Couldn’t get wifi. Was a walk from check-in which I didn’t realise when booking which was my fault. Really uncomfortable bed and not well maintained accomodation. Maybe main rooms within this place are ok, but I wouldn’t book the option...
