"Nice jet tub room , spacious, great location, lots of shopping and dining options walking distance including a farmers market and a mall. They gave the spa in the basement and I tried to book a massage but waited too long and they were booked up. They had a 45 min special for 35 Euro for hotel guests."

Rooms clean, huge bed, and large shower but lacked a luggage stand. I believe we were in a bedroom for disabled which I had mistakenly booked. Despite the room facing traffic, the glazing kept out the noise. The reception did neglect to point out the key car is needed to be able to select the floor in the lift which seemed to catch out several...

"Parking is 25 euros a night, no pool, the restaurant attached does some dishes okay but the breakfast is the same thing every single day with not many options for vegetarians. They have laundry for 5 euros per wash and 5 euros for the dryer. Overall, the costs add up and it doesn’t make sense to book the cheaper Hilton. Other places close by were nicer and end up being cheaper overall. I also asked for access to a microwave to heat up leftovers from their restaurant and was refused."

"What an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was excellent, with easy access and right next to the tram station. The pool was great, and I also enjoyed the gym. The staff were all very friendly, especially Mr. Lucas, who looked after us during our half-board dinner. He was incredibly helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and overall, I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back again."
