"Room was ok but not really clean, there was a leak in the ac unit. The water in bathroom coming out of tub was dirty. Vent in bathroom was being held on by packing tape. Breakfast was not done so we never ate there. Hallways smell like mold. Staff lady was good and friendly but the guy gave the helped us charged us $40 more a night for an up grade for a couch. "The room was clean and it looked very nice on the inside. I'd stay here again if I needed to spend another night in Houston. While it was overall a good stay, the bed light would occasionally go off throughout the night when no one touched it. The walls were also pretty thinwhile the noise wasn't much issue, be aware of some noise if you choose to stay here."

"My stay at the Comfort Suites was not my expectation! My room smelled like urine. Room was average with an old carpet and the bathroom had a ripped shower curtain barely holding on and the sink wasn't cleaned either. "I had a really good and clean room. However, the area was different. I heard of Tomball, but never stayed in the area. The motel is adjacent to another hotel/motel that has a lot of people I think are suspect. Its just different. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. Lastly, it was peculiar that there were cows in a little pasture across the street and the service attendant was very accommodating. "

"Absolutely terrible. The room smelled like cigarettes and they never cleaned my room not once during my 3 night stay. The breakfast was only packaged sandwiches and refrigerated yogurts. The room key didn’t work each night so I had to go down and get a new key. The “closet” didn’t even make sense because of how small and inconvenient it is. I will never stay here again!"

"This hotel claims to have a hot breakfast. But for 3 days they had a sign that said their oven was broken so no hot breakfast. The last two days the entire breakfast area was closed by the State health department. I asked about a reduction in rates but the clerk said he didn't have any control over that. Also one of the elevators was broken the entire time we were there. I also found a barrette and a TV remote under the bed, so apparently the bed hadn't been cleaned under"
