"We attempted to stay here July 10th. We checked into our room and went to take a shower after a long travel day. The water that gushed out of the bath faucet was brown. Literally brown. We communicated to the front desk that we could not stay there, this was unsafe. Expedia just informed us they will not refund our money. I’m astonished at this and livid. We have video proof. I will continue to fight this but beware, this is a dirty and poorly run property."

"Absolutely incredible, I loved it all, the front desk lady was extremely cool. It doesn’t feel like a hotel the room feels like a home and vacation. Do the cold plunge, sauna, and the only sad thing was no one was there this morning for me to buy a shirt."

"The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day."

"Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

"Very nice but a little too small for two adults and two teens , the location is a big plus. It is located right next to a restaurant and a lot of other cool places. The lady who helped us was super nice and very attentive. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Is a great place for families with small children"

"Not many frills but great location and surprisingly quiet. Clean, fridge and air conditioning worked, and you could walk to two good dinner restaurants and Mo’s great breakfast diner. Shuttle to the more touristy area and cog railway is right down the block at daze inn. Recommend !"

"The property welcomed pets and the owner even came by and greeted our fur baby. Gated property made us feel safe in our little cabin. We stayed in cabin 17 and will be back again and again in the future. "
