"So this is a tough review because I did not do my homework and didn’t realize where I was going. These are homes and maybe an old church converted to hotel rooms with the idea of being used for retreats, such as a marriage retreat. So pros: spectacular, hiking, extremely pleasant staff, very clean and a five star breakfast! Cons: this is not a hotel, so there are not amenities in the road, such as refrigerators or televisions. Overall, totally worth it! The castle is spectacular. "

"Breakfast menu was excellent. Bar service was very good. Bar tenders didn't always know how to mix a cocktail, but overall we managed."

"Had a great time. Staff is very nice and the room was nice and clean. Drinks at the bar are great and affordable. Using the grill was easy, all you have to do is check out untesils at the front desk. Only complaint is the late 4pm check-in. They'll let you check-in early for a $25 fee which is pretty lame."

"Poor. DO NOT Book. AC unit was making crazy noise, just in backyard train tracks and whole night many goods trains was passing by and constant noise. Lastly breakfast was closed before designated time. Staff not cooperative. "

" Terrible hotel elevator hasn’t worked for over a month dog poop in the hallways. You have to walk up four flights of stairs to gets to your room every day. randoms will walk up and talk to you In Parking lot & they are predatory when it comes to parking, they will tow your car or guest."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel while visiting Colorado Springs over spring break! The breakfast attendant was so accommodating and made sure I had gluten free options every morning. Our kids loved the pool, and the room was very nice. This is a great place to stay with your family! "

"the check-in person was really nice. The entire place smells kind of dirty. And there is NOTHING in the room. No shampoo, its an Extended Stay place with a kitchenette and there is nothing there - no cups, no plates, no silverware, no sponge, no soap, quite literally nothing in these rooms. I needed to Iron my shirt, no Iron or Ironing board."

"Cutest little bike lodge! So much character and charm. There was yoga going on in the bar when I arrived for check in. Guests out on their bikes and walking the property (which is strung with lights and feels like stepping back into a better time). It was a quick stay for me, sadly - so I didn’t get to experience the live music or other events on property. Recently remodeled room - extremely spacious. It is an OLD (like historic) facility - so it’s not the feel of new construction. But it would...

"The property needs updates as the cold wind blew through the gaps in the door. I heard the tv on all night in an adjoining room."

"It was very new and very clean. We are not accustomed to staying in such nice places that are also affordable. I liked the self serve coffee machines like gas stations have. Nothing beats a fresh brew."
