"Only stayed cause everywhere else was triple price. Lamps falling off wall. tv worked in one room, but not the other, AT ALL. Sign in office said no compensation for no tv. Cockroaches all over room. Police were called for altercation outside. Planes fly so low might as well sleep at airport. Couldn’t find ice machine or laundry, literally poop on sidewalk as going to room."

"For anyone considering staying at this hotel, you should know that it is essentially a short-stay motel (just as its name suggests). It's intended for people who only need a room for a few hours, not for a comfortable overnight stay.
Starting with the front desk staff, the customer service was disappointing. They didn't provide the Wi-Fi information or password upon check-in, and they never answered the phone despite our repeated attempts to reach them.
