"Perfect location with EVERYTHING within walking distance. Beautiful view of the mountain from our balcony. Comfortable bed and clean room. We didnt spend a lot of time at the hotel but everything seemed good for the price."

"carpet could use a cleaning, washer and dryer could be better. Location is excellent, band was a little loud. Close to the grocery and shopping. Skiers would be better in the south village."

"The room was very small, the stove top doesn't turn off, properly had to call maintenance.does not have a walk in shower not convenient for us to get in the bathtub for a shower. We ve stayed here many times but this trip was disappointing.
We are looking elsewhere for accommodation next trip to whistler."

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.
