"Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The only complain I have is there elevator service. When this hotel accommodates people attending conventions it gets really busy and therefore making the elevator inaccessible. My poor elderly parents had to walk down flights of stairs in order to access the lobby. I also, did not appreciate that on the days when we wanted our room serviced, our bedsheets were the only thing not removed for a new set. We had to...

"We love this hotel, it's location was perfect for experiencing the old part of the city, the bed was extremely comfortable. The food was delicious. The rooftop patio was amazing and the staff was over the top, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."
