Lodge Of The Ozarks

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The buffet breakfast was very nice. We loved all the options available and how friendly the staff were there too. The room was comfortable as well. The only thing I would like to see is either a hand towel bar added under the bathroom sink so there is somewhere to hang the hand towel or some kind of wall hook at least next to the sink for the hand towel. Otherwise everything else was great. We’ll definitely stay there again when we return."

"I asked my girlfriend to marry me in our room and she excepted. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We bought tickets to shows and they helped with directions and personal preferences and recommendations. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, The dining room staff were hard workers and very kind, The hot food was hot and cold was cold they kept it fresh and full. The amenities in the room were poor quality (soap and hair products). The shower showed some mildew or black on the tub caulk and tub looked a bit dingy. The room itself was clean and organized. We will be back to celebrate out engagement Thank You All !!"

"First time staying here. Building was very clean and updated, staff was very nice and helpful, location was great, it was in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Only complaint was pool seemed like it could’ve been cleaner and people smoking pot right outside one of our doors. But can’t blame the hotel for that. I think we found our new Branson hotel for when we visit. We will definitely stay here again."

8/10 Good

"The incredible water feature that runs through the middle of resort down to pool is not running and no plans to repair it which is a big disappointment. No music to speakers around pool anymore most of the time... when they do have it on it's too quiet to hear. Hitching Post menu was downgraded as well so no burgers and no lime margaritas which was also disappointing. Three or four big trees that provided shade to pool were also removed this year. Other than that, clean and consistent with Marriott brand but slowly moving in wrong direction imo."
