"Our room had a bad odor when we got there. The side door was broken with no lock for security. My hair dryer would over heat after only a few seconds. The pool water seemed unkept. Overall the rest of the hotel seems decently clean and a nice breakfast provided. Not sure it was worth the high cost though."

"My only concern was the elevators were not conveniently located and the pool was in a poor location. Really a very nice place to stay."

"This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! We found our room, as well as the facility, to be extremely clean and comfortable. The decor is in keeping with the "lodge" feel. The lobby is welcoming with a massive fireplace and attractive stairwells. The indoor pool is a good size and depth for our grandsons, ages 12 and 9. The check-in and check-out staff were cordial and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was impressive with the amount of items available--waffles, pancakes, french toast...

"We stay at Brookwood Inn every time we come to Branson. : ) You can't beat the price for what you get. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the free breakfast. After a busy day in Branson, we are usually too tired to stay up late for the cobbler and ice cream, but I bet it's great! Maybe move the time to a little earlier? We love that it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and that there is also pirate mini-golf right next door! The rooms are...

"The sheets on the bed were damp, probably because of the damp weather. Nothing seemed to help dry them."

"They could not find their maintenance man to unlock the pool, apparently he had the one and only gate key to the pool. At breakfast the served link sausage that looked raw and just generally nasty. The tub in our room was dirty, apparently housekeeping does not scrub the sides of the tub, the tub had a water leak and was also slimy where water stood."
