"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado

"The property is beautiful! I love having our own private beach. The waves are a little rough but if you walk towards the right a bit, you are able to swim with such a gorgeous view in the background. The resort staff are so friendly. The food and drinks at the Mahi Mahi bar are delicious!! We kept coming back to our bartender Wesley…I recommend Passion Mango Madness on the Rocks!! The room was perfect with a small kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, toaster and sink so you can go to a local supermarket if you’d like and get prepared food to save on eating out. There were a lot of birds and they were a bit annoying since they were pooping all over the outdoor chairs so staff will need to clean down the seating more often but other than that we will definitely be returning to this property. Thank you Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar for a beautiful vacation! "

"The property was perfect for what my family needed. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Alex the manager was readily available and provided us with different options for dinning and places to explore. The gate guards and security staff were also very helpful. We had a pizza dinner on our last night and we treated them as a Thank You! The Villa was perfect in size for our family of five. My husband, two boys and our daughter. The beds were very comfortable, it felt like sleeping in the clouds. Happy we booked with Lakeside Villa at Villa Y-1. We are definitely coming back."

"The property is beautiful! Our stay was fantastic, but I was not aware that some.rooms do not have mountain view. This was a bit disappointing, especially at the price we paid and what we hoped for during our anniversary trip . I would recommend more clarity on the room category/description so guest know what they are booking. The staff and property grounds were fantastic though. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the beautiful hikes."

A piece of Puerto Rican heaven

"This review is overdue. I went to Puerto Rico for the first time for my 50th birthday. It was a solo trip. The resort was great. The beachfront view was everything I didn't know I needed. The host ( Nasir) was fantastic. I can't say enough great things about him. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. My room was clean and inviting, breakfast was great and he was very knowledgeable about the area. Mina is also a fantastic furry hostess. If your looking for a relaxing place with laid back vibes, this is the place for you. Nasir is a great human with a wonderful, kind spirit. My trip there was so relaxing, I ended up staying the entire week there, when initially it was to only be 3 days. I'm already planning my trip next year! If your on the fence about staying there, I recommend going. You won't regret it. "
