The hotel itself is clean and was fine for two days of stay. It’s located in a very busy area but you don’t hear any outside noise. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Our problem was with checkin. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant and helpful. We waited for over an hour ...

Staff Breakfast did not want to work their. It took forever to be served hot breakfast, poor breakfast quality. No privacy for the bathroom the sink was in the bedroom area with no separation.
