"How can you expect kids or customers to sleep on bloody sheets with urine and blood on mattresses and not refund our money when we immediately left after checking in. There was nothing nice, clean or good about this property. We checked in late close to 10pm. When we walked in the room there was a horrendous smell, with red stains all over the carpet and it felt dirty. I took pictures of everything because it was unreal. "Neat and clean"

"The room we got didn’t even have a number on the door 👀 ceiling was sagging so bad I thought it would cave in. Tub was angled towards the wall and the drain excessively someone with bad balance will be breaking their neck lol. Definitely doesn’t match the photos they have posted."

"Our stay as a whole was pretty much okay. The only downsides were that the staff was difficult to understand at times and my wife and I found a bug of some sort in our room. The shower was okay except for the tub faucet not shutting completely down as the shower was going so I got a little bath to go along with my shower. But other than all that, my rating is a solid 3 out 5 stars."

"Adorable and cozy while we were traveling through with our family. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the front desk manager was so kind to switch it and we got in very late, so I was very thankful that he did that because I have small children. He mentioned that he wouldn't want to have his children in a smoking room either.So he completely understands"
