"The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. The a/c was only in the sleeping area, so the living area was warm with the door shut. If you take the stairs(no sign to tell you otherwise) to get outside the security may accost you for doing so. Also the pool closes at 9pm, which seems odd due to the fact there are no rooms near it and a lot of pools go later than that. The breakfast was good and the omelets were restaurant quality."

"The AC was broken for most of the day, and staff couldn’t fix it (I have the video evidence to prove it). Management refused to help resolve it or offer a refund just because I booked through Expedia. To top it off, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the neighbors were incredibly loud. Paid for a place to rest, got a restless night instead. Avoid this place and pay extra to have everything functioning"

"Upon arrival the clerk was nice and helpful. Only after taking my card, and completing my booking, they informed me the electronic key card system for the room doors was not working. They told me not to worry, and that they had a "backup" key card to get into the room. The problem is that the "backup" key only unlocked the door the first time it was used, and then the door stayed unlocked....for good. Which would be fine, if we'd have stayed in our room for the rest of the night, but we wanted to use the pool, or go to dinner, nope, the door doesn't lock. We couldn't just leave all our belongings in an unsecured room. After loading our bags back into the car and going to dinner, the manager had showed up to remedy the system issue. After it was fixed, the rest was fine. Oh, except for the little black-haired man, who yelled at us for removing one pool towel to walk back to our room. He was a little jerk. 1/10 recomend."
