"I chose this property for proximity and price. The door to the room didn't close well. The TV didn't work, (beware when you see two remotes for one TV). The room lighting were 5 or 6 very bright ceiling pot lights. There was a lamp, but it didn't work. So it was ALL or nothing when it came to room light. The train tracks are very close by.
