"This was the coziest and most romantic inn! It’s in the perfect location of Sedona easy to get to shops and restaurants. The rooms don’t really have numbers but names which was cute. Our room was easy to access from the front of the property of from the side/rear entrance or patio. Nice view from the patio and you can see one of the numerous mountains. The room had a king size bed that wasn’t your average thin mattress but it was a really good bed and mattress! So we were able to rest really...

"Everything about this quaint, unique bed and breakfast was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and clean, included breakfast was AMAZING. This is a great place to stay if you want to relax and unwind. The Airport Mesa hike is right across the street too."

"Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable room, bed/pillows, fabulous breakfast each morning, and a very good location! We also truly enjoyed the cozy robes and the gas fireplace in our room. Also, the option of breakfast delivered to our room or enjoying our breakfast in the comfortable setting in the main room at the inn. I definitely plan to return someday!"

"They charge $25 a day for parking which was not disclosed EXCEPT when you look at the extra details. So it added another $125. Food at the coffee shop was very expensive."

"Lots of mosquitoes inside of the room . But the staff was nice enough to switch to a different room with less mosquitoes. The service was good even though little unpleasant experience."

"The rooms were clean. The beds frames made noise getting in and out that made you feel like they were going to fall apart. The front door had light coming thru around it and the painted window on the door the paint is peeling away. Also no fan in the bathroom and the window opened which was great but it was directly infront of the shower where others could see. Maybe having louvers over it to prevent peeping toms. The back patio was cute and quaint, I would add full dividers to give privacy....

"Made a last minute reservation and arrived well after check-in time. Brandyne was so responsive and helpful getting us into our lovely room. Very cozy and quiet, with a private patio and a wonderfully strong shower. Very comfortable bed. Even though we arrived well after the time for ordering the next morning's breakfast, Brandyne asked if we wanted to order breakfast anyway and even delivered it to our room! And it was wonderful...fresh fruit, tasty sausage and eggs, and more. Can't...

"Side walks had plants and tree branches blocking walkway. Shower head had a very bad leak. Had to cover top of head woth a towel so water didn't spreay on walls and ceiling. There were other minor maintenance issue out side of our unit that show a lack of attention to detail and regular maintenance. That said the overall staff and facility's were amazing! I would not hesitate to to schedule a visit again."
