The parking was free, which is huge in downtown Gatlinburg. The water park kept the kids occupied and was fun. Breakfast was a nice variety; the pancake machine wasn’t working so the grandkids were bummed. We had a problem at check-in but that was eventually resolved. The hotel is conveniently located so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

We absolutely love this hotel. The whole family has fun on the water slides and pool. It is great to keep the kids satisfied when we are exhausted and don’t want to be out shopping and sightseeing.

Very well maintained property, breakfast was delish, loved the location, and water park was fun. My only complaint....NO HOT TUB! NOT A SINGLE ONE. Broke my heart! Kids had a blast but Mom and Dad had no relaxing soak to wash away our long drive. Water park water was not warm either. Kiddo didn't mind but us grown-ups were shivering. But, if that's my number one problem then I'd say we had a really nice time. Staff was always so helpful!

Well it was a place to sleep,first night of check in no wifi after 20 minutes trying to connect turned on TV sporadically worked and it went off,went to front desk and was told we're aware and working on it,last morning finally figured out if you go outside your door wifi connects an the stay within 8 feet of you door you slightly connected,was told oh we're going to add points to your IHG rewards every day for convenience,checked out and haven't received anything,always had good luck at holiday inn, but not this one 😡😡
