"This is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg proper. Close to downtown, but not down in the middle of the craziness. Beautiful views of town and the surrounding mountains. Kids loved the water slide and pool area. The hotel is classy and offers great breakfast. Stayed over the July 4th weekend and were able to watch the fireworks/drone show from our balcony! Easy access to the national park. This was my 4th time staying here in the past 9 years. Will stay here again and again for years to come."

"Spent a couple days here on a last minute getaway. While not the normal type of hotel we'd stay at, the overall experience was just fine for this level of establishment. The room was clean. We reserved a room with a spa tub which worked just fine and felt wonderful after a day of sight seeing in the cold. Check in was quick and staff were polite. "Comfortable room away from the crowd madness in Gatlinburg. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were nice and linens comfy. It was a great location to get to the Smokey Mountain National Park for our daily jaunts. Would definitely recommend!"
