"Our family loved this experience! After a long day of traveling, the beds were VERY comfortable- we slept great. (We also got to enjoy the lovely indoor pool & hot tub open till midnight!)
Our 1st floor room overlooked the lovely outdoor pool area, and we enjoyed our covered outdoor patio. The room was perfectly clean. Some aspects of the room decor were slightly dated, but very clean and in good condition- no complaints, especially considering the reasonable room rate.
In the morning, the breakfast area was spacious/attractive and breakfast hit the spot. Kids loved the waffles and selection was good. Husband enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The coffee wasn't amazing but hey, it's caffeine :)
After breakfast we loved the outdoor pool experience- lazy river was a big hit. Water temperature was very comfortable. The outdoor hot tub was also great!
The staff kindly allowed us an extended checkout till noon- everyone was very hospitable and friendly.
The interior of the property was updated/attractive/clean/well-maintained. They had a nice lounge & work area just off the lobby.
The grounds around the hotel were lovely and peaceful. I love that it was set back from the main strip of Pigeon Forge, yet SO close to everything. The sound of the running river/creek on the front of the hotel was also very peaceful.
Overall we felt this experience was an incredible value and we look forward to returning. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"
