The hotel manager says that that do not accept the booking done through your web site and the did their own booking and charged us R/s 16,000 for two rooms it was really a worst experience of my life

Rooms and bathrooms need an upgrade. The hotel and rooms look old and jaded. Carpets in the lobby are very dirty. The hotel hasnt been renovated since opening. Its all the same.
