"Staff was not able to help during stay for extra bed. On expedia, it was showing us that 3 person can easily sleeps on king size bed. But hotel staff want us to pay extra for one more kid. Which was absurd . We paid extra for that. Overall experience for property was nice including rooms and food."

Short stay - but loved the ambience, helpfulness, politeness and professionalism of the staffs -recommend to anyone without the reservation. "Many things in the room were broken: AC, hairdryer, water temperature. The pool also had issues so that we couldn’t use it. The staff the the reception was very nice but the rest of the staff didn’t understand English properly. The location was very central but the last few meters to the hotel had dark corners. The hotel staff can also bring you and pick you up for this part. "
