This is a great property for short stays in Geelong. My only gripe is that there is no CCTV or security lighting outside near carpark…my partners car was broken into one night in the carpark and during one stay we had another guest banging around in and out all night slamming the main door…an unmanned property without staff and no CCTV. Otherwise the property is great, modern and in a good location. I have stayed other times and the guests were respectful which made it much more respectful. Parking is an issue but can park on street

The kitchen area contained many bags of rubbish, probably because the Sulo bin outside was spilling out rubbish. Hence smelly. Also, multiple bags of dirty laundry. Extremely high towel hooks in the bathroom, and hanging rail in the wardrobe. No benches for cases. Room was very clean. Poor parking access.

Our check-in was horrible. We stood outside for ages, then when a couple of other guests let us in they said we needed a passcode for our door which we were yet to recieve! Lucky they helped us becuase I had no phone number to contact anyone on and they were beyond helpful! Parking was a problem, I am guessing because of the construction next door, but this could have been communicated. Room and facilities fantatstic and in the perfect location for what we wanted!

Room smell heavy smoking after . Bed n carpet smell like smoked lung from inhaled cigarettes. All my belongings smell cigarettes after 2 nights stay. Check in procedures were a nightmare. $200 bond held for 7 days is a robbery in disguise

Parking was horrible. Only 3 parks plus a disabled park for appx 8 units. Upon arrival after a couple plus hours driving I would have loved a cup of tea. No longlife milk, one creamer sachet. Due to poor noise insulation we did not sleep well as people were leaving & arriving at all hours, latest was 3am and front door didn’t lock properly so it was slammed repeatedly all night & day. Noises from other units was constant 24 hours a day. I will not be recommending these units to anybody.

Very beautiful room that I stayed in. Well equipt and spacious, bathroom was large, whole room/ bathroom was very clean and tidy very visually applealung and easy in the eyes. However it was missing a tissue box. Check in was easy. Very safe and secure area. Due to all the rooms having linked split systems it turned off on me 3 times, and turned on once in the middle of the first night and the 2nd night it didnt even turn on and when it did it stated there was an error. A 2nd spare blanket should of been supplied in the room as it did get cold over night. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as its a very small car park. Would be lucky to fit 3 to 4 cars on the property. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave and sink in the room then a communal kitchen in the foyer area which looked well stocked and had clothes washing facilities. It was self check in and keyless entry which made check in very easy. The only issue was on site parking. There were only 3 parking spots (1 of them disabled) between the 8 rooms so were lucky if you got a park.

The accommodation was nice and suitable for my needs. Unfortunately other guests did not abide by the house rules about noise and made my final night unpleasant. With no way to report in the middle of the night, myself and other guests had to take it upon ourselves to call the behaviour out. The owner probably needs some at call function for such situations
