"This hotel is located right by the Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn train station and was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We had two rooms and were separated by 5 floors, so that was a bit inconvenient. Both rooms overlooked the canal and a street, but the rooms were very quiet. We checked in and were offered a welcome beverage. The main floor seemed to be a fun place for gathering, eating breakfast, or drinking at the bar. After checking out, we could keep our bags in a locked room until our train that night. This hotel met our needs well!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect- walkable from the station, across from the canal and incredibly close to cafes, restaurants, shopping, boat tours & a laundromat. The staff were amazing- super helpful, fluent, and happy. We had purchased the breakfast buffet upon reserving our room, and it was delicious. We were travelling with our son, who was going to attend university there, and our room was spacious with a King and a twin pullout. I highly recommend this property- our stay was fantastic!"

"Location was fantastic! Room was clean, comfortable and the size was fine. The check-in staff were nice. Breakfast was okay, didn't realise upon booking that it's not a buffet but the same set menu every day. The breakfast attendants weren't really present either (so I couldn't ask them to fill up the empty tea selection on both days). I would stay here again but wouldn't bother with the breakfast inclusion."

"The property is on a lake near a fort. Beautiful views from the side facing the water. There is a bowling Alley! The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a nice variety. Highly recommended!!!"
