"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! From the moment I booked my stay—long before I even arrived—the team was incredibly attentive. Their communication was outstanding, and they made me feel truly welcomed every step of the way. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Monopoli. If you’re arriving by car, they clearly explain where to stop, then pick you up in a golf cart and escort you to the hotel. Upon arrival, they personally show you around the town and take you to your room, making the entire experience effortless. I was lucky enough to stay in a stunning three-level suite overlooking the sea. It had a terrace, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and every little detail was carefully thought out. Housekeeping was exceptional—they beautifully prepared the room every day, and everything was always spotless. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday. A friend wanted to send me a surprise gift, and after contacting the front desk, the staff handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. They were responsive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience seamless. I also treated myself to a massage, which was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. "The resort was in a very central location. The staff were amazing from the time we turned up at the car park right through the 6 days we stayed. They were always happy to answer all questions and went out of their way to show us where things were. The breakfast was a great start to the day. Plenty of options and a really beautiful outlook to start the day. The car park was free and only 200metres away. In most parts of Italy parking is such a problem so this arrangement was amazing. We will be back and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puglia."
