Water and hydro were out for hours, couldnt warm food for my 8month old. They had no back up power sources...did not even offer cold water to drink during this time. Manager disappeared, no answers no nothing. Half the time we were there the water slides were not running. Pool was fine but had to buy pool hats or you werent allowed in. Beach time had to be booked everynight for the day after could not book in advance as ther was limited spots available. Rooms were full of aunts, complained to the front desk but was told it is what it is. Breakfast we had to look for our name that was placed on a table took us 20 mins every morning to find the table with our name on it. If there was any nightly entertainment, we have no idea where or when they started as staff was completely useless.

Tres Bruyant dans le bâtiment principal car la salle des repas est en bas des chambres.la salle de bain merite un bon rafraîchissement. Le personnel pas très agréable hormis les gardiens du parking.

Pas de recommander. Photos trompeuses il y a des sortes de trullis qui sont construits autour du bâtiment. Nous avions une chambre dedans et avions l'impression d'être mis là ne sachant pas où nous loger en plus cela donne sur le parking très très bruyant. La salle de bain inondée qd nous en prenions une. Un sèche cheveux est à disposition dedans bravo la sécurité avec les pieds dans l'eau !.Petit déjeuner correct sans plus et restaurant à éviter.

Vi fik et værelse, der ikke var gjort rent og uden sengetøj. Poolen var kun åben noget af tiden. Personalet var ikke særligt imødekommende. Hotellet ligger uden for byen, hvilket er forventeligt for et ressort.

Hôtel avec de nombreux batiments d'une architecture différente plus ou moins bruyante. Les services sont nombreux , mais à partir de 19h l'accès à la plage le plus court est fermé.

Tutto molto bello un’oca pecca è quella di dover lasciare le camere alle 10 del mattino neanche il tempo di fare il check-in il sabato alle 18:00 e domenica alle 10 uscire per il resto tutto bene
