"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Das Frühstücksmenu war reichhaltig und gut, Personal beim Abendessen sehr freundlich und gut, ich wurde am Sonntagnachmittag sehr freundlich empfangen. Hatte einen schönen See-Aussicht aber kein Balkon. Einziges minus war, das der Gordon bleu nicht segnant war, wie ich verlangt hatte. (habe aber nicht reklamiert)"

Did not breakfast so no opinion, competent staff check-in and check-out during staffed hours, no experience with after hours, friendly staff once able to connect"

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed for one night and were able to leave our luggage on our arrival day and departure day which gave us 2 full luggage free days to explore. On dropping off our cases were were given a city pass which allowed us to use public transport around the city free of charge. It is 2 stops (6 mins) from the city on the train and so easy to get back and forth with trains running well into the night. It is also a short...
