"Perfect "

"The room was pretty clean and was facing Disney which was great! First night got to see the fireworks. The room had a fridge and microwave. The side bed had linens. The staff was nice upon check in. However we lost items after check out that were left behind and yes it’s our fault but hotel housekeeping of course doesn’t seem to be honest about lost and found items especially when it’s Disney items. I was advised to fill out a form online and it was be updated if it’s turned in. It’s pretty upsetting as they were my daughter’s gifts from Disney for her birthday. I would hope someone from housekeeping would be honest about it and turn it in. The front desk also failed to call me back with and update I had to call them which tells me there was no trust in this hotel staff when’s guests leave things behind "

"Good location is disney parks, confinement check in and staff really helpful. Hotel going through some renovation but not bad at all. "

"Room was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and did not have any complaints as we all slept well. Breakfast was really good and yummy. It could be a bit crowded because it is served in a small conference style room, but our family was always able to find a table without issues. Parking was definitely tight but staff was helpful with moving cars that were on our way when needed to leave the facility. I will definitely be returning. "

"Good stay and quality is on par with the price point. You could tell that the property has been renovated, but there are still some small issues (i.e. loud gurgling pipes for no reason, TV remotes did not connect well with TV’s and were difficult to use, dim lighting, etc.)"

"Great location, service and value. Only negative would be updating the kids suite it is dated but the space makes up for it. Front desk staff and housekeeping fantastic. Location is Fantastic just fa away enough to miss the big Disney crowds. Tips: Shuttle is great value $7 per person all day $10 credit for Deli don’t forget to use"

"The room was so so. Nothing was amazing, the breakfast was worth it. But the AC in the room seemed to not work great and the bathroom faucet seemed to drip continuously if not put exactly right. Also one bed was tightly made and the other seemed thrown together making us question cleanliness. The beds were also old spring beds that were noisy. The best thing about the place is its proximity to Disney. "

"Toilet was not functioning after check-in and when we let the front desk know, we were told that we could not switch rooms and that we would have to wait until morning to have maintenance come and look at it and to use the lobby restroom. After a long day of driving this was extremely inconvenient especially since our room was on the opposite side of the lobby. When my child needed to use the restroom, we did end up going to the lobby restroom...where the toilet was clogged. I had to ask for a plunger from the front desk to unclog someone else's waste so my child could use the restroom. Front desk was unapologetic and instead of offering to help with the bathroom, they were totally fine with letting a guest take a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag. Besides that, the shower had hair in it and the blankets had visible stains. We always stay here for our trips into Anaheim and have stayed multiple times... but honestly, never again. We'll pay extra to stay somewhere with actual clean and working facilities where I won't need to borrow a plunger to clear someone else's mess."
