"The standard of cleanliness is superb—the room and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a lounge area that could comfortably accommodate a third guest, which is a big plus. "My family had a wonderful and very welcoming experience from Seaclub Siargao throughout our stay. Great service provided from booking and all throughout our vacation. "Ohana Resort Hotel is a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for a clean and relaxing getaway. The property is well-kept, the rooms are tidy, and the overall atmosphere feels refreshing. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind.
That being said, I feel the staff could be a bit more attentive. While they were friendly and polite, there were times when service felt a little slow or when extra attention to detail would have made the experience even smoother. A bit more attentiveness would definitely take the hospitality here to the next level.
Another minor downside is the road leading to the resort. After heavy rain, it tends to get flooded or have large pools of water, which can make it tricky to get in and out. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to be prepared for if you’re visiting during rainy days.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Ohana Resort Hotel for its cleanliness, peaceful vibe, and potential to become an even better destination with just a few small improvements. I’d be happy to return!

"The bathroom was awful. No bidet. No refrigerator. No elevator. Unfriendly staff. No towels. No WiFi. Window shades had no darkening effect. No bottled water in the room. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Door to balcony doesn’t close all the way. My friends room had no TV, no closet. Grounds were very nice. But will never stay there again and will not recommend "
