Anytime I come to visit my husband I stay here. The staff are very friendly and polite. I do wish they had ice machines on the floors or in the room.

The property was fully renovated and very clean providing kettle and coffee machine in the room , though the double room was small but for short stay it’s convenient since it’s 5 minutes walk to the train station and walking distance of 10 to 15 minutes to the town and shopping area

Red Light District

Lovely spa hotel. Very close to the train and bus station. The breakfast was delicious and staff helpful. It was nice to come back to the hotel and use the gym and spa after a long day of sightseeing. Please note that this hotel is in the heart of the Red Light District.

We loved our stay at 9Pacquis! The staff was very helpful. The location was close to the train station, which was very convenient. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The breakfast was very good. Our only disappointment was the lack of dining options nearby in the evening, but that was not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely return if I were to come to Geneva.

Very close to the lake. Property is in a somewhat sketchy area of town but overall felt pretty safe. Very clean hotel but rooms are very small. Very nice pool, sauna, hot tub in basement. Breakfast included every morning and coffee machine was always available. I'd recommend this hotel for a quick trip.

Great but loud

It was a great stay, the room was small but had all we needed. Great cleanliness. Only downside was that every time a door was closed on any floor in our part of the building it sounded really loud and influenced our sleep. Otherwise a good location and sufficient breakfast.

Paid three times the usual price because of watch convention but worse than that, stayed on first floor and endured loud noises outside and unwell person screaming at the wind all night- prostitution in the corner and unsavory element all around the property- would not recommend. Also —Service was good and breakfast was terrific

This property is within walking distance of the railway station so in that respect it’s convenient. The property itself is well maintained. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. However we did have a tear in our top sheet, and had to ask for more soap in the shower. The spa & pool are fantastic after a long day travelling. Parts of the areas around the hotel can give you an unsafe feeling. The staff whilst polite had limited English. In saying that the hotel is value for money.
