Incredible hotel

Amazing location, clean and the staff are amazingly helpful and try to make your stay special. Everything was amazing but after we had checked out and one of us had forgotten our cell phone in the room, they did drive it over to the train station and that’s going above and beyond. I highly recommend Thai hotel.

I would absolutely recommend Melia Genova!

We loved our room at beautiful Melia Genova. It was spacious with a lot of storage space, sitting area, desk, walk in closet and huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the staff were excellent. Everyone was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Melia again!

Its a very nice 5star hotel on a nice area at Genova. Breakfast is good, rooms are very nice and clean. Parking costs around 35-40 euro per day! All though you can easily park outside of the hotel at blue zones for just 2euro per hour. Staff is friendly and nice except the receptionist that we had a bad moment with her. She gave us keys for another room not ours. We found out that, because we were waiting for our bags over 20min and when we asked where are they, they told us on another room than that we were to... If i havent asked about them we would still wait for em.... Unacceptable for a 5star hotel... And she said just a sorry. Nothing else..

Great hotel and I like the pool

It’s a cozy hotel that I like coming back to. The highlight is of course the pool in the basement - however, while this was included on my booking with hotels.com, the hotel initially said that this comes with a supplemental fee. Likely a failure of communication between platform and hotel, but I could have saved myself the argument - we did get access to the pool without paying extra in the end

Hotel was fine, I was misled by the Expedia pictures in to believing there was a hot tub for guest use when it was only the suite. I also paid for spa access which caused the front desk staff several minutes of confusion for some reason even though it clearly said spa access paid for they had to take my phone and take several minutes delay for the check in process which was slightly unprofessional. Bathroom was very uncomfortable as it was tiny and I barely fit on the toilet. I am a small female and that bathroom is just way too small for any adult human. Nice amenities like slippers and the bed was very comfortable and quiet. Rooms very soundproofed and valet service was excellent.

It was a very well kept hotel with a nice dining area. Our room was very clean and modern, very nice.

The staff at Melia Genova is so welcoming and helpful. This is a first rate hotel with comfortable rooms and plush bedding, coffee in room and a pool and spa. Be sure to book a room that includes spa access. We’ll be back!

Un accueil très agreable. nous avons demandé un surclassement pour bénéficier de la terrasse. personnel au petit soin, mais hotel qui a besoin d'un rafraichissement. le petit déjeuner est sympa mais le café est imbuvable ce qui est dommage en Italie
