"What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise. "The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"The real strength of this hotel is definitely its staff. When we booked, we were aware that the railway was nearby and expected some noise because of it. However, our room was directly facing the tracks, and the noise was quite significant. Since we were staying for 10 nights, we decided to take a chance and asked if another room on the other side of the building might be available. No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5?
