"The hotel is located in a between downtown area with a lot of restaurants in walking distance to choice from. When we arrived valet was awesome and the hotel lobby was beautiful. They did have to change our room due to some small issues that were addressed immediately. The recreation area was so nice and the kids had so much bowling. We ate at Mellow Mushroom which was about 3 blocks up and it was worth every bite 10/10"

Breakfast is what you need to start your day and the women working breakfast was very pleasant keep the food and coffee supplied. all the staff were very pleasant and helpful if in the area again this I will stay here. Parking not to bad garage is across the street but the street is not a busy one. Parking Garage drawback is spaces are very tight for large SUV or Pickup truck."

"I was really disappointed with my stay. There was no microwave in the room, and both lamps on each side of the bed had no light bulbs. When I asked for bulbs, they didn’t believe me at first. They only gave me one bulb and acted like they didn’t want to even do that. The next day I had to remind them again just to get the second bulb. On top of that, the laundry area was out of order, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the experience felt unprepared and not well-maintained."

I arrived with my minor children only to find that the property is completely misrepresentative of its online photos and description. The hotel advertises a clean, usable pool, but in reality, the pool is abandoned, closed off by a dirty cover, and clearly has not been maintained for years. The environment felt extremely unsafe. "I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."
