"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression. The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. Despite those concerns, I still felt it was a nice hotel overall. The excellent customer service helped make up for some of the property's shortcomings. With a few updates and improvements to maintenance, this could be an even better place to stay."

"We had a great experience and this hotel was very clean and well maintained. It’s a grab and go bag breakfast but they keep it stocked. The only issue we had was with one evening worker who decided to go outside the hotel for 30min. She came back inside with her kid and maybe boyfriend/husband acting like the 3 people waiting for her and actively looking for her had no reason to be upset. She was also very rude and acted like she could just abandon her job for 30min and that wasn’t a problem lol The manager did find out the next morning and promised that was not ok and that it should have never happened. All other staff was great and the manager is amazing and super polite and helpful. Not her fault she had a worker that was slacking. I’m confident she dealt with the situation. I would still stay in this hotel and hope the girl that was slacking got corrected and trained properly or maybe they will have a better employee next time."
