Our room wasn’t finished, new carpet, missing window screens, torn draperies, rough patched and painted wall in bathroom, never had actual hot water in sink, shower was fine. Two towels for 3 people. "The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor."

"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Your policies are devious and I will spread the word. Buyer beware. Shame on you."

"Close to everything, but nice and tucked away. Costco was a hop skip and jump which was nice!! Great breakfast!!! Wanted so badly to go swimming and sit in the hot tub!!! We were so exhausted tho from visiting family we went straight to bed! Will say bed was a tad hard but we slept hard anyways! Definitely would recommend!!! Thank you!!!"
