"The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"

"Very clean building with an excellent staff. EVERY morning the breakfast was amazing. If I had to complain it would be the lack of AC, but I was accommodated with an additional fan. The lack of AC is more of an Europe issue than the establishment itself. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Conveniently located near the central train station. If you're a light sleeper then make sure you get a room on the 4th or 5rh floor, otherwise the train vibrations will keep you up all night. We were placed on the second floor but they were really nice and helped us change our room to the 5th floor on the second night."

"Staff was rude when checking out, just because I had to mention that I had parked a car. Apparently it was too much work for the lady behind the desk, the way she reacted. The hotel and facilities where good, but staff - not so good."

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the main train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. "Amazing apartment close to main attractions and train station. Very well equipped. Wifi not the greatest. The only negative was a very strong odour of ciggarette smoke in the apartment. We opened windows when we were there, but if we went out and came back in, it was very overpowering again."
