"A character home with very no actual character beyond the first impression when entering the main doors. We stayed in the Bell Island Suite, which in no way felt like a suite. It felt more like a dated cottage or camp cabin. The room was tired and poorly maintained, with no consistent style or attention to detail. Wifi sucks, paid for a room with a jet tub and its broken and was not told when I booked 6 weeks ago. Hours before our room keys would work. Waiting to talk with the manager in the morning, soupose to get a discount when checking out.Never did receive any...
