"Hotel 59 is very close to the Train station - very accessible with a lot of resto/cafe/supermarket/chemist and everything around
If you just want a nice play to stay, worth the money and close to the city senter without thinking much about anything else. Hotel 59 is a good alternative.
After hours, you might not see anyone in the reception, but you can always call them/email them. They respond quite promptly.
