"I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. Bed was cozy, room clean, dishes all spotless with all the amenities one needs. Soap, paper towel, coffee, real cups, pots, utensils. Nautical theme in the room was super cute. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."

"First impression of the room was the smell. It smelled like stinky feet. After about an hour the Carnival Cruise block of rooms turned it up! Walls were vibrating, sound like the were throwing bodies against the walls. Went to call the front desk, the phone did not work. Had to call the number I found online 25 minutes before someone answered the phone. She said she would send someone up, an.hour later walls were still vibrating. I had to call again from my cell phone, another long wait....
