"This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. "Actual hotel was great. The entrance is poorly marked and because of that I missed it the first night and had to drive up the street a bit before I could turn around and head back down the street and try again."

"The place was very clean. Check in/out was effortless. Had a cooktop, medium fridge/freezer instead of a mini, sink in kitchen area and microwave. The only one thing I missed was a way to have coffee in the room. Maybe a small Keurig even if had to purchase pods. But for the price I can understand not having one. Could definitely be an extended stay, just bring your own coffee maker."

"Important: there is ONE washer and ONE dryer that ONLY take quarters! It’s 2026 and you can not use a card for this! Of course lobby runs out of quarters quickly. And machines are always in use. This is important to note if you are there for a multi day tournament."

We were THANKFULLY provided a refund for the next night (2 rooms) we had already booked and were supposed to be non-refundable! Thank you so much for helping us out! The inside was surprisingly renovated, and the beds were really really comfy. The shower was amazing as well. Breakfast was minimal. Not impressive at all. Coffee was mediocre."
