rapport qualité prix moyen

Chambre bien décorée, agréable et claire, mais plutôt petite, non climatisée et sans le set d'accueil café/thé ce qui est plutôt surprenant dans un hôtel de cette gamme. Quant à la vue sur le lac situé à environ 100m (facturé 25 euro) vous avez surtout vu sur le parking du casino situé entre l'hôtel et le lac et celui des autobus. Le lac est également caché par les arbres en bordure. Le surcoût est excessif !

Séjour 2 nuits

Accueil agréable, propreté de la chambre, rien à redire sur ces points. Point noir: il faisait très chaud dans notre chambre, bien au delà de 30°C, et même avec un ventilateur prêté par l'accueil pour l'occasion nous n'avons pu dormir les deux nuits,les fenêtres donnant sur le casino et le lac génère un bruit de passage de voitures, de musique, de personnes jusqu'au environ de minuit. Soit vous avez chaud, soit vous laissez les fenêtres ouvertes mais avec le bruit de rue.

Séjour mitigé dommage

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel sur Gérardmer a été mitigé. La chambre était rudimentaire sur l'annexe numéro 42, pas insonorisée et le confort laissait à désirer.Cependant, l'accueil de la dame à la réception était exceptionnel.Elle s'est montrée très gentille et très serviable,nous a bien guidés et nous a fourni de précieuses informations sur la région.De plus, son attention pour le petit-déjeuner et les autres clients de l'hôtel mérite d'être soulignée.Merci à elle pour son dévouement !

Tout c est bien passé bon accueil la chambre était propre il y avait tout le nécessaire. Un petit problème je me suis blessé avec le radiateur trop pré du WC le bouton pour le réglé n avais plus de cache donc il y avait une pointe de métal qui m'a griffé le bras, j'ai des cachets pour le sang et la trousse de secours n avais plus grand chose dedans pour me soigner à part cela tout était bien
