"This place is terrible They continued to charge my card for days we already paid for. Called the cops on us when we refused to pay they more money. They then proceeded to turn off our power at 2am and refused to turn it off and threaten my friend and I."

"Every thing was fine, but they should get better coffee, they only had a machine for coffee. Another guest came up to me and was showing me the coffee machine and warned me that it was terrible coffee and I really agreed with him. I am a coffee drinker in the mornings so that was a big disappointment, plus the Kurerig machine in the room was also broken."

"Bed was like sleeping on a metal grill. Motel rooms in a very noisy traffic area with old single pane metal windows providing no shelter from noise. Door did not feel safe. No microwave. Could not get heater to come o, was chilly all night. No staff, no services. Reviews totally misleading. Cramped small room and bathroom with 2 tiny beds, 4 walls with a roof. But if your priority in a motel/hotel is a cute wrap on a toilet paper roll on a shelf, by all means then this gets the 9.8 rating. We have stayed in hotels, motels, castles, airbnb, etc but this is a place we can't recommend because we like to be able to sleep at night. "

"Hotel is old, rooms need updating, but were clean. Grounds are nice, relaxing atmosphere, pet friendly. It was cold, no extra blankets or pillows, birds were in the cooler/heater. We counted at least 12 cats, some of which were aggressive. Convenient location easy access to old town and freeways. Overall, comfortable safe place to stay. Would stay again. The staff was very very nice."
