"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. The hotel will provide you a “taxi” company business card and they charge you double what the the local taxi cabs will but won’t tell you anything about how to get a hold of...

"We were here for the second week of a two week Italian vacation. Resort was breathtaking. Well maintained and served our needs as we had hoped. Morning breakfast buffet is included and did not disappoint. Everything from smoothies plenty of fruit dairy and breads. Omelette station was very good. My only disappointment was the very overpriced dinner buffet. We stayed in one night and for $70 a person not including drinks the value received for the fee was poor at best. I would suggest anyone staying here to walk the 1 mile to the marina and pick one of the two excellent restaurants. We ate at Delia three times and for $60 we got a three course meal with desert and two drinks for $60. Much better value. Other than that this resort is outstanding. "
